This Year's
Olive Oil Selection is Here!
It is so fantastic that summertime is here, and this
year's olive oils have finally arrived.
As most of you know, olive oil is pressed in the fall and
winter from the olive harvest that has just ended.
The oil is then put up to 'rest' until sometime in late
spring.
When the oil producer decides that it is 'ready' for use,
the oil is released, bottled, and shipped to us.
Patience is required, but the reward is the elixir of the
gods, just in time for tomato season and all the bounty of
the summer and autumn harvest season.
