Ritrovo Black Truffle Salt

Ever since Amanda Hesser gave this product a rave review in the New York Times, this product has been, without a doubt, the runaway hit of the year. This salt is intensly aromatic, and has been elevated to the level of ‘exotic’ by the addition of bits of  Italian black truffle from the Abruzzo. Easier to use than truffle oil, this truffle salt can be sprinkled here and there where oil is not appropriate.
