Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 A connoisseur's olive oil with a very limited production.
Seigneurs de Baux is a very stylish oil with a confident,
fruity flavor and an underlying rich finish and
aftertaste. It is pressed exclusively from Grossane olives, which
are very peppery, flavorful and delicious but comprise the
smallest percentage of the olive varieties grown in Les Baux. We have this oil by special arrangement with our
friend Jean Benoit Hugues the producer.

began several years ago with a few modest cases of
early-harvest oil has turned into a
holiday ‘must have’ for our customers. Olio Novello is a limited quantity, early release,
first-pressed, new-harvest extra virgin olive oil that is
a taste enthusiast’s dream. Very green in color, sharply
defined and seriously fruity in flavor, only a small

Torrone
Crunchy or chewy, this beloved and delectable
confection is on every sweets-lover’s holiday list at
Christmas time. Essentially a cooked and stirred
nougat, torrone is a mixture of peeled nuts ( almonds,
hazelnuts, pistachios ), honey and egg whites. Torrone
originated in the 18th Century and has remained
popular since.
Our torrone hails from Alba, the almond and hazelnut
capital of Italy and is made by Relanghe, a small
producer that is highly regarded for quality and
innovative packaging.

Spanish turrón is similar in nature to torrone but
with two distinct differences. Turrón features peeled Marcona almonds, the national almond of Spain and it
contains a greater quantity of nuts than its Italian
