CloudFeather™ is our newest early spring green tea. This visually lovely green tea could be mistaken for Yin Zhen white tea because it too is an elegant 100% bud-only pluck from March of 2011 (a Pre-Qing Ming tea).

CloudFeather™ is deliciously smooth in body and soft in flavor.It has a rich and satisfying, lingering finish throughout several infusions. It is wonderfully full-bodied and will delight the most discerning tea enthusiast.

We are enthralled with the clean elegance and pure flavors that this Pre-Qing Ming tea possesses. It has a soft-water mineral quality that provides a foundation for the subtle layers of flavor that it possesses: florals, stonefruit, crisp asian pear, and more.

Use 1 heaping Tablespoon per 6 oz of water
Steep 2-3 infusions at 2 minutes each.
Water temperature should be 160° - 170° F
