Matcha is of the highest quality and is often used for
making thick tea (koicha) at the
official tea ceremony. Matcha Miyabi is milled from a
blend of 1st pluck spring tea leaves that delivers
fully-satisfying, rich flavor and abundant sweetness.
The mouth-feel of the tea liquor is very thick and
creamy, and the matcha is distinguished by its bright
green color. Our Matcha Miyabi is true matcha, which
means that it is milled from shade-grown leaf that is
manufactured into tencha, the de-veined leaf
that is ground in a stone mill to yield
finely-powdered matcha.
