Snow on Monkey’s Tail is a wonderful tea from central China. It has a fresh, clean style and a straightforward flavor that appeals to the green tea lover. It is flavorful without being heavy, and has a very clean but forthright aroma. Mountain-grown, Snow on Monkey’s Tail is very slightly tippy and yet has the clarity of a tippy tea.

This is a well-made tea.

New this season, it is a pleasure to have this tea join our repertoire. Hebei is an overlooked Province, but one that produces many high-quality teas.

Steep 2-3 infusions at 2 minutes each.
Water temperature should be 170˚ - 180˚ F
