Made from fuzzy buds and smooth individual leaves, Taimu Shan Spring Beauty is a classic ‘one leaf and a bud’ pluck ( mao jian ) that produces a clear and clean, bright taste in the cup. This early-spring leaf is soft and rich without astringency or the harsh flavors or grassiness that may come with a later-harvest green.

Taimu Shan Spring Beauty has just enough of the wonderful vegetal flavor of an early spring green tea to satisfy even a Japanese green tea enthusiast.

Use 1.25 Tablespoons (2-3 grams) per 6 oz of water
Steep 2-3 infusions at 2 minutes each.
Water temperature should be 170˚ - 180˚ F
