Iced Tea Blend - cool, clear and refreshing! What we want in our Iced Tea Blend is a tea that sparkles and sings with flavor that is clean and bright. It must tolerate dilution with ice and sweetener (and even lemon) and still have plenty of residual flavor that shines on through.

When brewing iced tea it is critical that the leaves be of a certain chemistry so that the resulting brewed tea is neither cloudy nor dull - in clarity or flavor. We think that our Iced Tea Blend fulfills this mission.

Use 2 teaspoons (2-3 grams) per 6 oz of water
We recommend a 4-5 minute steeping for our Iced Tea Blend
The water temperature should be 190˚ - 200˚ F
