This expertly-scented and fired tea is an exceptional example of the tea-scenter's craft. As is traditional for true jasmine-scented tea, this base leaf is prepared from a mid-spring pluck. Silver Hao Ya leaf is rolled thin and tight with a slight twist/curl to reduce the surface area during the several-month wait until the jasmine blooms.

Use 1 generous teaspoon per 6 oz of water
Steep 2-3 infusions at 3 minutes each.
Water temperature should be 170˚ - 180˚ F
The Jasmine scenting will dissipate after the first infusion, but the tea will brew perfectly well again.
